This is an excellent system. As the author notes a number of people try to adjust their spine by "popping" their back at home. They really don't know what they are doing, just that it feels good. Why not show them the correct way to do this. After all it's not rocket science. I have had the system for several months and have never felt better. SO SIMPLE
I have employed the teachings of this system. I have applied the techniques many times to friends and they have thanked me for the help. I have shared the knowledge and then they adjust me. I do tell them "I am not a physician" but the adjustments are so SIMPLE. We adjust "ourselves" more often than you imagine. This is not brain surgery. It is safe and very comforting. The Instructor stipulates "in the very beginning" that it is for "maintenance" of good health "not for serious medical treament".
